VT with Volkswagen Finance

Hi,

i am looking to VT my car with Volkswagen, I have taken a look atht eh guide but it appears the link is invalid? Could anyone send me the templates and guide please? Just want to make sure I do it right. VW have sent me a information pack which part of me recalls i shouldn't fill out and reply with an email? Just want to make sure i'm doing the right thing.
