Hi.
Not sure if I have messed up here?
I parked my partners car late at night in a residential permit only carpark for approximately 2 hours.
When I came to move it the car had been issued a ticket.
Subsequently lost the ticket and just left any thoughts of it.
Original ticket on car was issued 24.01.2020 at 23:00 PM
My partner received a NTK on the 12.03.2020
Ticket issued by County Parking Enfircement and NTK letter sent by Parking Collection Services.
I parked the car on the entrance access road and not in a bay. There are 3 pieces of signage which I didnt see and none were illuminated as it was dark. Does this help me?
Should my partner contact them to say she was not the driver and name myself instead?
Any help would be gratefully recieved.
