Deceased bank account

Does money from a deceased parents bank account (after 25 years) have to be split evenly between all siblings? If the other siblings made a massive financial gain over you previously?

need a lot more info!
why 25 years late?
is this the surviving parent's bank account?
was there a will?
Who dealt with the estate?
Was a grant of probate or letter of administration obtained?
Did you obtain a copy of the estate accounts on completion of probate?
