Hi,*
My boyfriends car has been clamped regarding a penalty charge from July 2019. However, he had no idea about the parking charge until his car clamping today. He had no penalty notice on the window, no letters through the post etc. They had been sending the letters to the wrong address, even though his car is registered correctly.*
He has 2 hours until his car is towed. They are asking for £408 to be paid in cash as the mans card machine has broken.*
Urgent advice would be much appreciated.*
