Any Other Information or Background Details:8 years ago the gas meter broken and was replaced, I was told by Eon that it had been tampered with and they were charging me about £800, The meter was not tampered with and I asked for proof , they gave me the engineers contact details but they never answered or return my messages for this proof. As this was a prepay meter Eon would take an amount off each week from the £800 and I could do nothing about it. A couple of years later I sold the house and forgot about this. Late last year I started to get letters from Lowell asking for a payment of £600. Not believing they would take this any further I ignored them. Then Last week received the claims form from the court. I don't know where to start but would like the defend and maybe countercliam for the money they had already taken but I have no details as it was so long ago.
