Withholding funds from beneficiaries if they have alread taken/ stolen cash?

Hi, when my mum passed she left me as the executor and my two nephews as beneficiaries. However, the day my mum passed my nephews along with their mum ransacked my mums flat taking several thousand pounds in cash and jewellery. *I finally sold the flat and paid off all the creditors, but before I pay the beneficiaries, can I withhold the their shares until I get back the stolen cash and jewellery? thanks*
