Asking for CCA

i requested the CCA from PRA group on the 13th Feb they acknowledge it by saying they would have to go to Barclays to get it and would put my account on hold till then. On the *12th March I sent a recorded letter and on the afternoon of the 13th March they emailed a copy of the CCA. As they did not reply within in the 12 + 2 timescale is the the agreement now still enforacble ?
