Unauthorised parking fine

Ive had a*debt collection letter from Gladstone solicitors for a parking ticket 4 years ago.*

So post up the original PCN you received and hopefully the signs

I don’t remember ever seeing one. I don’t think I’ve had anything form anyone

So SAR to the parking company and a letter to the solicitor demanding copies of all the documents that they intend to use in court in order to narrow the issues between you, as expected by the courts. You expect a response by return or in any case within 7 days.
