Newbie -Court appeal for fine for 15 mins over, looking for examples of cases won

Hi, my husband is going to court to appeal a £100 fine for going over his time in an NCP car park owned by Britannia parking with number plate recognition.* He bought a ticket (pay by phone was down and he had to go to a bank to get cash then a shop to get change etc) and ended up going over the grace period by 13 mins (grace period was 10 mins). I'm looking for any court cases similar that have been won to evidence, please?*
