  • UKPC Court case lost and ordered to pay.

Hey. So my husband was recently issued with a CCJ and ordered to pay UKPC £1000 for a couple of parking fines he'd got while living in student accomodation around 7 years ago. In spite of him being parked in his own allocated parking space he was issued the tickets because the parking permit wasn't visible enough for the guy who issued them. So, we have time to pay and can do instalments, fair enough but...my husband has contacted them several times for bank details in order to pay and has received no reply, he has also asked them for payment details. Their solicitor, SCS law redirected us back to UKPC yet nobody there seems to want the money. We don't use cheques otherwise we could send them safely and have proof but my husband has told them we will send the money directly through his bank. Anyone else have this issue and if so whay did you do?

If you have a cheque book then pay that way as you can show that it was received and cashed.
