Unauthorised Parking - Light Box

Morning, can anyone advise, we received PCN from Total Parking Solutions Ltd for Unauthorised Parking in a Light Box and now have increased costings from BW Legal warning of county court proceedings noting Pre Action Protoccol letter before claim - What can we do, are they likely to take us to court?

They can take you to court, and it looks as though it is on its way. Was the letter actually headed "letter before claim" or similar wording? If so they claim will be raised in 30 days.

So post up the redacted PCN but leave dates. Photos of signs would help. What's a light box
