Hi received court claim from solicitors working on behalf of private company issuing for non payment of PCN from year ago, do I have to pay or what are my chances of defending ?

Have you actually got a court claim from Northampton or a solicitor threatening to make a claim?

For help post up the Notice to Keeper suitably redacted, but leave dates.* Photos of signs might help
