Hi , I have been reading through most of the threads regarding VT's. I have recently had my car collected and have now received the damage report for which they are trying to charge me £810 for minor scratches and ware and tare to the tyres. I have already started the complaints produce and advised them I disputing all the costs. When i try download the letter templates it states page error.Could someone possibly help me with a letter template thanks all**
