  • County Court claim form received for CEL parking fine

    County Court claim form received for CEL parking fine for over staying 26 minutes on a free NHS car park*

    We disputed the fine and ignored debt collector letters, after a year CEL have sent us a CC claim form.

    What should my next step be?

    Was this an overrun in an appointment? If it was the complain to the manager of the health centre and demand they cancel

      It was a work (NHS) meeting regarding patients that over ran.

        Even more reason to get your employer to tell the parking company to cancel. Or whoever has the contract with the parking company.
