Popla appeal failed now new evidence

My daughter had a fine for £100, appealed as she had followed instructions and entered details on iPad in cafe, the day after she sent the appeal to poplar her boyfriend sent her a photo which he had taken in the cafe clearly showing her entering the reg number on the iPad and it states successfully entered. she tried to add this photo to her appeal but popla would not let her submit it. They have now rejected the original appeal without seeing this new evidence. What should she do next please?
