  • Notice of issue of warrant dated 03/03/2020

    I received this letter asked me to pay £3600 to the creditor till 10/03/2020. I was not aware of CCJ neither I received any claim from the court or any other correspondence from the creditor. I believe the CCJ was issued on my previous address as shown in the credit report. Please advise what steps shall I take@amethyst#amethyst

        If you know nothing about it then you will need to submit a Set Aside application - usual cost £255 + an application to Suspend the Warrant - approx cost £50.
