Notice od issue of warrant dated 03/03/2020

I received this letter asked me to pay Ł3600 to the creditor till 10/03/2020. I was not aware of CCJ neither I received any claim from the court or any other correspondence from the creditor. I believe the CCJ was issued on my previous address as shown in the credit report. Please advise what steps shall I take.
