  • CFA from 5 years ago with J C & A solicitors

Hello Legal Beagles i do hope you can help. *I have received a letter from Vertill Ltd, Claiming i owe £2314.80 (prepared to reduce by 25%) for a CFA no win no fee that was dated 2015 on behalf of J C & A solicitors. *I was pushed by an insurance company to claim for PI after being a passenger in a small car accident and told to claim for seatbelt shoulder pain. *I dropped the claim in April 2016 and was never billed or advised i would be billed by J C & A solicitors. They were given my details by the insurance company that phoned me i did not choose them. *They had me sign an iPad in my home all very confusing. It has been 5 years do i have to pay. *what other info can i give you ? *I did keep all papers for a couple of years but have nothing now. *I stopped the claim as I felt it was all a scam for them to make money by using me. *I was not particularly injured.
