    Bank smart phones last year saying they had a check if I paid £75 to there agent they would hand deliver the check said not got £75 they said they said they would cancel the check roll on this year get a letter saying I'm due them £131 commission for a ppi payment no contract or LOA so advised to ignore now have a letter fr MIL collection saying I'm due £321 for my check plus a cancellation fee after repeated calls and emails to bank smart asking for proof of contract no reply Mail advise is to pay and claim back there not interested in proof of contract they just want paying saying my credit history is affected they won't correspond by mail or text

    The best way to deal with this is to make a formal complaint to Bank Smart, we which could help you with but just so we understand, have you had anything from Bank Smart in writing about any of this or just from MIL?
