I received a parking fine at a car park in Falmouth. I paid for an hour and I had my disabled Dad with me so this car park offered an extra hour free with the badge displayed . All this was done but I didnt realise I also had to register my vehicle registration on the machine. A genuine mistake although I reiterate that I paid for an hour, had a valid blue badge on display and left within 2 hours. I have appealed against this and was told it was rejected. This company are a real nightmare & they are now stressing me out.
