Hi I had a secure loan with Welcome finance over 12 years ago I paid it for about 5 years then the department shut down where I stay then they stopped taking my money out of my account there was no way I could get in contact with then I had no letters saying get in contact no phone calls saying I was missing payments so 12 years later I get a letter threw my door from coast finance saying I'm due £14,000 and the next step is repossession what can I do HELP
