Depends on what is wrong and how bad it is, but in general any broken*suspension needs replacing asap as it is likely to cause wear and tear on other parts, besides affecting the vehicles's handling

Any fault in air suspension systems which adversely affect its functioning are considered at least as major faults by MoT testers
