VT PCP car

Hi, I’m brand new and looking for advice. I am wanting to terminate my agreement on a PCP car. It is due to finish in June but circumstances have changed and I now have access to a different car. I have exceeded the excess mileage and worrying about handing it back and them chucking them charges onto me. Also there are a few damages (nothing huge, just little scratches) so i am worried about that.
how much can i fight the excess mileage? And do I have to pay?
