Can you help and advise what I need to do. Brittannia issued me a fine when I parked in their car park paid the amount but registered it under the wrong car.. I wrote to them and explained this.. Most companies have wavered this as I have made a payment if I've done a mistake but they wouldn't take the appeal and ask for 20 quid to settle I said no as I had paid it was just registered in accurately I now have a letter asking me to pay 160 or they will proceed with court costs... Can u advise what I need to do I'm literally about to give birth and could do without this.. I can't see how this is proportionate or reasonal.
Is there any template letters I can use or wat I need to ask for appreciate your help.*
