    I have 3 mortgage loans with Landmark, formally NRAM and before that Northern Rock. Last month one of the loans finished, it had £5 outstanding.* Landmark took the full £98 reimbursing me the overpayment 2 weeks later.* This month they are still trying to collect the £98 for the finished loan.* I have phoned them to pay the correct amount but because I cancelled the DD for they are unable to take the correct amount.* They are a. Nightmare to deal with and could only speak to the advisor on the phone.

    Hi - Sadly this is not surprising. Well done on cancelling the DD. Have you still got active DDs on the other? When you say 'you phoned them to pay the correct amount' - is that the £5 or something else?
