  • Double Probate

As sole executor I have completed estate administration to the point* of accepting an offer for the property and the sale going ahead. However the second named executor who had power reserved has now opted for double probate and is requesting my solicitor to abandon the sale (He gave no reason).* Undervaluing the sale price is definitely not the reason. My simple question is, can he stop the sale. The buyer wants completion by end of March.
