A few weeks ago my husband and I went to tesco with my sister and her husnand, my sister is disabled. We went into tesco and did our shopping, then afterward went into the café to have a lunch and coffee. All in all we had a lovely time, we apparently were in tesco for 3hours 30 minutes. We received a letter from a parking company based in England charging us £70.00 for exceeding their parking allowance, we were not aware of this parking time as normally my husband and I park inside the multi storey car park but as I stated my sister is disabled and can not walk long distances. £70.00 is excessive fee do I need to pay this?
