My question is regarding anti social behaviour of the tenant living above me.
the council have been contacted over the last 2 years and they now say it is a conflict of lifestyles. It is nothing like that at all. The tenant is determined to make noise all day long and as such it impacts on every day of our life. My daughter has not had a decent nights sleep for 4 years. The noise behind at 9 am and continues until 11 or 12 pm. Banging all day. Children crying most of the day. I have consulted my MP who now believes what the council say and so he has given me a quite short response basically saying he is tending to believe the council. It is quite dangerous for me and for my daughter because they are quite agressive. where does anybody turn when even your MP doesn't believe you.

The tenancy agreement states that tenants should at all times not disturb the comfort and peace of others. Should not use aggressive behaviour. Tenants should not throw rubbish out of the window and that is what she does.

I don't know what to do but need to get ready for work now.
