    Hi, i entered into a hp agreement, i have fallen behind due to ill health, am self employed too. they told me they would agree a consent order to goto court if i paid £1100 so paid and sent them income and expenditure as they asked for and then they have sent onto their agents to repossess the car without the consent order bring put into place? I have had them at my house and Moneybarn have not replied to any emails and i can't get through on the phone

    Have you paid at least one third of the total price? Don't estimate or do some guesswork, you need to know exactly if you have or haven't exceeded that threshold.

    Did you hand over the car keys?

    Did you sign a consent order?

    Were you issued with a default notice at all for failing to pay and if so when was this?

    Sounds like you've been suckered somewhere but your lack of info is diffcult to establish your current position.
