  • Company refusing to resend an email that was hacked/stolen from my inbox.

Can anyone offer me any advice on how I can force a company to resend me an email that was hacked/stolen from my inbox? Despite my request the company are refusing to resend the email in question stating that they have sent it on numerous occasions, which is not true as they have only sent it twice, and they are not prepared to send it again. In the past I did complain about this company to FRC concerning another related matter. Got a feeling they are just being vindictive because of that complaint.

yes, its simple, use the data protection act, make a subject access request, if the data contains personal data they have to provide a copy.

Thank you for your reply PT2537, can you provide an example or template of how I should phrase my request?

The templates are on the right hand side where its states shortcuts for future reference.

This is the template DSAR that you could use https://legalbeagles.info/library/gu...ccess-request/
