Illegal eviction by Landlord

Anyone have any input on the above subject? The Police and the council are showing little or no interest in pursuing this complaint.. Went on holiday last July, came home to a new lock... Still unable to gain access to recover property..

This event is now over 12 months old, I'm having technical problems, and have been logged in as JGK29II somehow, but thanks for your reply...
