Statement of Costs

My trial is taking place early in March (a Fast Track claim). Nothing was mentioned in the Directions about costs... I'm wondering, how will the costs be worked out? Do I have to prepare something to take with me the day of the trial or should I prepare it and serve it before the trial date? This is something that just was never mentioned by the Court or the Defendant's legal representative. Hope someone can give me some advice as the clock is ticking and I still have so much paperwork to prepare...
