Im new to using forums and im looking on some advice regarding an ignored parking fine which i have now received a county court claim form for

So acknowledge the claim using the details and password on the form.* This gives you 33 days after the issue date to get the defence to the court.

Post up the Notice to Keeper that you received, suitably redacted but leave dates.

Some details might help but don't hint at the driver

Thanks for reply, ive decided to just pay it off.

Im no good at following all these instructions and advice

If you are going to pay it off then it should be no more than about £170 so if it's more then make them an offer.
