    Ccj with Lowell solicitors

    Good morning guys!! I've come across this page in a search for help! i have a ccj registered against me from 12/2018 with shop direct for a microwave!! Yep I didn't realise that they had opened an account I just assumed after putting my bank card details in I paid for it.. well I haven't, after tracking bank statements, I've had no letters etc about this ccj I only no from checking my credit file for a mortgage the amount is £349.87 can I argue this ccj obviously I'm aware I owe this amount, that needs to be paid I have no other debt and have no experience with what I can do but this will stop me getting a mortgage any help would be *amazing thanks Nic xx
