Intrum “bullying”

Anyone else feel Intrum “bullying” tactics are getting out of hand? First letter out of the blue threatens intention to make you bankrupt, then after CCA request sent they reply with a letter concluding pursual of Bankruptcy is not fair and reasonable at this moment in time! Instead intentions to now pursue alternative enforcement to secure debt!! And that they claim to hold Investors in Customers GOLD award for 2019 surely must be a joke!!!
