Hi,I had a credit card with MBNA back in 2006.I ran up some debt on it which I was paying off monthly along with other credit cards that I also owed money too.The recession hit and I was unable to pay what I was originally paying. So I came to a deal with all my creditors and that I would pay £1 a month.
Eventually my debt was sold on to various different companies. One of which was Capquest.2 years ago I wrote to Capquest asking if they could send me a copy of my original agreement and statement of my account as I was unsure why my bill was so high. They supplied a copy of my agreement but said they unfortunately cannot supply my statement.I then stopped paying them a £1.
This week I have received a letter from Capquest stating if I don't make contact with them. They will send Resolvecall to my property.
Please could anyone give any advice on what to do.Many thanks.
