Parking Charge Notice

Wondering if anyone could give me advice please, i received a parking ticket from civil enforcement on the 22nd November, I tried to call the number but just a payment line, I sent a letter to appeal the 30mins I was over but then received another letter on 10.12.19 to which I ignored as I was waiting response from my appeal, I received another letter from them in January and now I have received a letter from ZZPS when I rang them to say I had appeal they said that civil enforcement must not of got my letter otherwise it would have been on hold, I asked how I could contact them to which you can’t, I’ve sent my original appeal letter via the civil enforcement ltd to see if I get a response but ZZPS said they dnt think I will here anything as it has now been passed to them!!!! what should I do pay this or leave it it’s now at £170.00. Any advise would be great, thanks*
