I set up a payment plan which I was paying but I missed last months payment as I have had to leave my job for personal reasons. I tried calling to them all month with no response. Then today out of the blue I get a msg saying that they are coming to my address to take things to clear the bill when I tried to get a new payment plan the man I spoke to was having none of it and just kept saying he was coming out to my address.

Unfortunately this is what happens when you break an agreement with them. Providing they have not had access to your home previously you do not have to let them in, keep your doors locked, they cannot force entry. Be careful if you have a car outside - best put on a neighbours drive or in a locked garage.
