  • Cms Tribunal hearing

Just after some legal advice if possible , i will try keep this short and simple. Always paid ex partner every month maintaince for our son. We had a signed agreements that we made and i also had him every weekend to stay. She kept asking for more money on top which i ended up saying no as i pay maintance,* so she decided to go to cms and lie saying i dont have our son wvery weekend to get the extra money. I even have all her messages stating she will make sure I'm out of pocket if she gets one penny less than what i already give. So now we have a tribunal and i have sent off all my evidance including bank statements to prove I've never not paid her to which they have sent her all my statements too. Is this even allowed? What about data protection my private bank statements. Where do i stand with all this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
