Ccj in my name but not mine

So I've checked my credit file and it turns out that I have 3 ccj on it due to my farther having the same name as me, there is no D.O.B on them, and they are definitely his,*I'm getting passed back and forth from court to*Equifax but getting no where, the court said I would need to pay £255 each to get them removed from my file even tho they are not mine, is it legal requirement for the d.o.b to be stated on the ccj, also I wasnt even registered at the address at the time they where served any information would be grateful*
