Cap quest FFS help please!

Hi I have received a FFS from cap quest for an outstanding debt *I owe. Could somebody advise me the best way to pay so they don't try to sell the remainder of the debt on once they receive partial settlement please? *Should I pay by cheque, online or through a family member. The letter received is attached. Thank you in advance.
