My daughter has just received an £80 fine for being 15 mins over the 2hr parking limit in a Tesco store car park in* Keynsham Nr Bristol. The two pics of her car are different as she actually made two visits, it is plainly clear to see that the car is parked differently in each picture. Is this enough evidence to overturn this ticket and are they harassing her unecessarily

Complain to the manager at Tescos

Can she show that she was elsewhere at the alleged time?

This is a common defect of ANPR camera systems taking first entrance and last exit, known as double dip
