I’m looking for some advise on a recent parking charge I received.. The first piece of mail I received was in October 2019 for an alleged offence committed in 2017.
Before this i received nothing? Now the company are saying I have been issued a ccj (again had nothing) and must pay up immediately. I’ve asked for all information and have received all documents allegedly sent to me however there are discrepancies in the time stamps on the pics they’ve sent me. The alleged incident took place on a car park that now isn’t there and I’m wondering how he’s to proceed ?? Any help ??*
