Hi I’m 13 and 2 months ago I was caught stealing with my sister (16) in primark they took us to a room and took the stuff back it toltaled up to about £12 they took my sisters name and adresss and said that they were going to send us a fine I phoned my parents instantly and told them about what happend they were angry at first but fine now they still haven’t sent a fine and no police were phones but is it possible that they have told other stores because I feel like I can’t go into a store without feeling like the security guard knows and is following me*

There will not be a fine, only the courts can issue fines and you haven't, and will not, be going there.* You will get a letter demanding money for the losses that have allegedly been incurred,* There have been no losses.* They did try court once but got so soundly spanked by the judge that they have no tried again.
Do not pay, ignore and file all those letters demanding payment.
It would be a breach of data protection if they gave your details to other stores.
