Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone out there can tell me if a debt that I still owe from around nine years ago, which was a credit card which I was unable to repay through unemployment, and which the original owner got a CCJ against me at the time, but soon after sold this debt on, and which has since been sold on again, has started to contact me asking for payment.
As I have not been in contact with anybody, or made any payment for at least nine years, is this still classed as statute barred, and can the original CCJ still be enforced.
