4 years ago i was asked what would it take to keep me with my employee as they had wind i had been approached with an offer of alternative employment i asked for a 3% share in the firm and after 7 months this was agreed by my boss i met with the company accountant to sort out details and all was going thru as agreed Then he gifted the company to his family althou they were part of the agreement they had since said they cant deliver the agreement and the biss just says its not his company anymore question is it a matter tough they dont have to honor anything or seek more advice thanks*
