Auto box delay

My 2019 crafter has a delay on the auto gearbox, ony a second or two but well annoying, any advice? I would think a software update would do the job but Vw don’t want to know!!*

Was the vehicle purchased as new and how long have you had it?

Lack of response as described is often down to a faulty clutch.
Have you had it checked by an independent engineer?
