Can I pursue action? Injured opening a box
Hi all, I am looking at getting into event management and recently did a friends wedding. I bought some flowers from a local florist they did me a deal on a box straight from their supplier, unopened. I cut myself on a small knife that had been left in there. Bad enough it's prevented me from work. I get on really well with the florist, her kids go to my kids school, but can I take action against her supplier?

You can take legal against anyone you wish, but whether you would succeed is another matter.
