  • Defence to N244

Tenant attempting to suspend warrant and reduce instalment order. I want to contest both. Citizen's advice have helped complete an income and expenditure form which shows income exceeding outgoings, but does not include the 20 cigs per day she smokes. Also, she claims she cannot attend a hearing as she has impaired mobility due to her morbid obesity. What does anybody think? Do I need to file a witness statement / defence before the hearing?
