  • Fees

    Had a claim guys do ppi long story short got a sum of money offered and they explained fees went ahead with it ,but today they asking for fee but not had money through when I told them that ,they said I had to contact the people who were giving me the ppi surely that’s what I will be paying them for . Hope that makes sense thank you*

    The danger is the wording of your agreement, if it is worded in such a way that the payment clause triggers when you are told you are entitled to payment as opposed to triggering when you actually get the payment, then you could be stuck here

        Obviously its impossible for me to give you a firm view on this, but if you are right, then they would be entitled to payment upon receipt of funds not before
